Refunds
Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
Please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed. Once processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Warranty
We offer a limited 3-month warranty on our products. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects seen within the warranty period defined above.
Our warranty covers any major damage to the body, handle, or lid of the pan that prevents the cookware from functioning properly.

Care instructions
To extend the life of your Lynnee products, we recommend adhering to the following care instructions:
Do not use metal kitchen tools on the pan- we suggest only nylon, wooden, and other soft, heat-safe tools. This cookware is not oven-safe or dishwasher safe. Be sure to never heat the pan while empty as this could cause discoloration and damage to the bottom and the cookware as a whole. If the pan has been overheated, allow it to cool down on a heat-resistant surface. Do not attempt to cool it with cold water as the sudden change in temperature can cause the metal to distort, and the bottom to become uneven.
To wash the pan, use hot water, soap, and a soft cloth, sponge, or gentle brush.
We do not recommend using a dishwasher. Don’t forget to wash the cookware thoroughly prior to the first use.
To wash the spatula, we suggest using hot water, soap, and a soft cloth, sponge, or gentle brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
To wash the oven mitt and apron, we recommend hand or machine washing with water between 86-122 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by hang drying. Be sure to avoid direct sun exposure to the products as the coloring may fade. Please also avoid excessive washing and extreme temperatures.
Product Materials
Our pan is made of a non-toxic aluminum alloy that is free of heavy metals, PTFE, PFOA, and other PFAS. The ceramic coating is made up of a silica compound.
Our spatula is a silicone-covered metal.
Our oven mitt is composed of a 100% cotton surface, with the liner being 80% polyester and 20% nylon.
Our apron is made of 100% polyester.
Shipping
We offer both a standard ground shipping and a priority shipping option for orders in the US. International Shipping can take from 3-14 days depending on service selected. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
